TUSCAN WHITE IGT
Made from Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes , harvested by hand between September and October, this Tuscan white wine is the result of careful and delicate vinification in stainless steel . After careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, they are pressed and the must is left to settle for a whole day.
After the first racking, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and completes fermentation in 7–10 days . A final racking follows, with gentle sulphiting and blending of the two wines to preserve freshness, balance, and drinkability.
