Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes , harvested by hand between September and October, Lieto Evento is the result of careful selection of grapes both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification takes place in stainless steel , with maceration on the skins for 10–15 days , during which manual pumping over and punching down are carried out to promote optimal extraction of color and polyphenols.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine is blended and aged in oak barrels , where it develops structure, depth, and complexity. Bottle aging completes its intense and well-defined profile.
